Instructions for visitors
- The event will take place at Hall C (Congress Centre) at HungExpo, the entrance is directly from Albertirsai út (next to the Gate no.2).
- Parking is available along Albertirsai út.
- Entry is free of charge, but registration is required in order to get a badge. Registration at https://cee-expo-b2b-forum.b2match.io
- You will receive your badge at the registration desk.
- The conference will be mainly in Hungarianlanguage, headphones with Czech/Hungarian interpretation will be available on site. The plenary presentations from 9:30 – 10:45 will be translated also to English.
- Coffee and soft drinks will be available for purchase on site (payments by card only).
- There will be a food truck with pretzels, baguettes and soft drinks (payment by card only).
- Hot meals will be available at a cafeteria located in the neighboring HungExpo building (payments by card only).
